Description

A superbly decorative chart , oriented with north to the left of the sheet, covering the coasts of Central America, Peru, Chile, Jamaica and part of Cuba and Porto Rico.
Sailing ships occupy the seas and a large cartouche shows European sailors and traders, an Indian, cherubs and mythical figures surrounding the title piece.
