Early copper engraved map of the town of Valetta, engraved by Henry Raignauld. In lower left corner an inset with Malta and Gozzo. Raigniauld’s signature is carefully worked into a cartouche also mentioning J.Douillier fecit. The top right corner of the map displays the "Order of St. John of Jerusalem" coat of arms with three fleur-de-lys surmounted by a crown and with the eight pointed cross behind.
