[The Joys of the Happy Medium.] A waiter is about to serve a customer with a clyster pump and water jug. It looks as though the man has a 'menu' in one hand. To the right we see a young, wealthy couple seated at a table, with the man looking at a 'menu', while the lady pours water from a jug into a bowl, containing their clyster pump.
Two doorways in the background are marked 'Ladies side' & 'Mens side'. A three step operation of the correct use of the clyster pump is seen, framed, on the wall between the two doorways.
