An original Swiss travel poster for St. Moritz, 1948, lithograph in colour on paper, depicting a smiling yellow sun skiing (the symbol of the Engadine region of Switzerland, where St Moritz is located). Made by the artist Franco Barberis, a brilliantly bold mid-century ski poster evoking the thrill and speed of downhill skiing. Presence of number 48 in lower right hand corner.
