Three map puzzles, each measuring 25 x 33 cm., housed in the original colour printed card case. Geographical jigsaw puzzle set comprising three maps (world, Europe and France) mounted and cut into parts.<br />The front board of the presentation case is itself a fine example of period design and is covered with a decorative chromo lithographed plate showing a globe, young woman reading a book, featuring the world's flora and fauna, examples of arts, science and manufacturing and figures of Europe, America, Asia, Australia and Africa in local dress.
