The book is rare and the number of plats vary in the examples found. One example mentioning 43 plates. The plates include views of Amsterdam, Leiden, scating scene, Prince Maurits sailing wagon, the Anatomy Theatre of the University of Leiden with a finely attired men looking at the dissected body of a man lying on the central table, surrounded by concentric benches with human and animal skeletons in various poses, a cabinet with instruments at the back of the room.
